- EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal & Instant Delivery Waiver
Under European Union consumer protection laws, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, this right does not apply to the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium.
⚠️ Important Notice for EU Consumers:
By purchasing and accessing our online digital products (including but not limited to game access, virtual levels, or digital features), you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that once the digital content delivery begins, you hereby waive your 14-day right of withdrawal.
Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned” in a traditional sense, all sales are final and non-refundable once access to the digital product is provided or the digital delivery has commenced.
- Exceptions and Refunds
We only issue refunds under the following specific, verifiable circumstances:
Technical Failure: If the digital product is fundamentally defective, non-functional, or inaccessible due to a verified error on our server, and our technical team cannot resolve the issue within 7 business days of your report. During this resolution period, our support team will update you regularly, and any unutilized access time caused by our server error will be compensated or refunded proportionally.
Unactivated Purchases: If you purchased a product/access key but have not logged in, used, or initiated the digital delivery in any way within 14 days of purchase. Digital delivery is strictly defined as initiated upon the generation of your first game session, account login history recorded on our servers, or the automatic dispatch of account credentials to your email.
- Chargebacks and Fraud Mitigation
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward chargeback fraud. Since virtual digital products lack physical shipping tracking numbers, we retain detailed digital logs to prove fulfillment, including:
IP addresses and geographical location data at the time of purchase and login
Account creation timestamps and login history
Game session logs and server delivery confirmations
All such data is collected and processed strictly in accordance with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR). In the event of a fraudulent chargeback claim, these records will be submitted directly to our payment processors (including Stripe) and acquiring banks to dispute the claim.
